PRODUCTION
Production time will vary depending upon the scope of customization.
SHIPPING
Shipping can take up to 1-3 business days on non-customized orders and 7-10 business days via USPS. Delivery time does not include weekends, or holidays. As soon as your order is ready for shipping, an email confirmation will be sent with your tracking number enclosed. For pickup orders, the location will be provided within your email when the order is ready.
RETURNS
Non-Custom Orders: Please contact us within 7 days from delivery date on non-customized orders to start the return processing. The order must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom Orders: No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
